Women in America---Are you "HOT"???---NOT

After watching Dr. Phil today, I felt inspired to post something on his message board and this is what I posted below. The show was about women and "body image".

"This show is just a good example of what is happening to the female culture of American women. It seems that so many American women feel the need to be considered "hot". To me it is a slap in the face of any woman to describe them the way you would food,,,but what do i know? I am an attractive girl and have never had any problems with my body image. Living in a society like ours makes me want to rebel. When I go out I purposely dress in a way to attract as little attention as possible. I don't want creepy men staring at me and looking at me just like they do everybody else. Why should a smart, pretty girl like myself crave the attention of the opposite sex when it is sooo easy to get? Seriously,,,,just walk around a mall and watch men staring at women. The women don't have to be pretty,,,just skinny and dressed like what would be considered a whore back in 1950. What happened to modesty? Is modesty something to be ashamed of in the year 2006? Modesty is beautiful. Flaunting yourself,,,having men slap you on the butt,,,etc,,,is nothing to be proud of...and hearing the term HOT is such a freaking joke. I'm not HOT...i am beautiful,,,inside and out.

Just say NO to Girls Gone wild and bring back dignity to American women."

That was my post on his board,,,out of frustration, that somehow the women's lib movement has missed the mark on what beauty really is. Does any future generation of American women stand the chance of breaking this curse???

"Stupid in America" on 20/20 Friday the 13th

Be sure to watch 20/20 on Friday the 13th. They will be covering the topic of how the American Public School System is really "dumbing us down". I can definitely testify to my own learning experience back in the 70's and 80's and can see how learning was not really happening for me and I can completely credit it to the things I have read in the book below. Sending a child off to school, in my humble opinion, is almost like a form of child abuse. As a substitute teacher back in the 90's I remember thinking how ridiculous it was that classes are in 50 minute "segments" with hardly enough time for any actual learning to take place. By the time class finally got going,,,the bell was ringing, luring the students into the hallways to socialize and completely forget what was going on. Big industry in the early 1900's made sure that nobody in America got too smart...Afterall,,,they didn't want anyone to learn too much and then open shop across the street and become competition. People like Henry Ford wanted to make sure to create a new generation that would not complain about working 12 hour MINDLESS shifts. An over-educated America would not support Big Business. If you get a chance, read "Dumbing us Down" by John Taylor Gatto,,,a former "teacher of the year" in New York who exposed the public education system for what it is in his acceptance speech when he won the award. He immediately gave his resignation to the crowd of "administrators".
Don't let the public school system "dumb down" your child!
It is happening all over the U.S.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
1. Ask the individual to SMILE.
2. Ask the person to TALK . to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. . . It is sunny out today)
3. Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call 9-1-1 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher. A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this message sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

Wow, 34 years on the earth,,,i don't feel any older or wiser, but I do actually feel smarter. I don't know what it is, but the older I get the more fascinated I am with the human mind and seeing what all I can add to my own brain. We are all capable of so much and so many of us waste a big part of our lives not learning anything new.

I dedicate this year of my life as the "year of learning". I will be devoted to learning as many new things as possible and allowing my brain the opportunity to prove itself! ;-) Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I'll let you know how it goes,,,happy birthday to me!

Myspace, the popular online community aimed at young people, has recently received a bad reputation as the #1 Sexual Predator website, according to the morning show. Both women and men should keep thier daughters off that website due to the increasing concerns for the lack of "content control". It says pornography is not allowed,,,though many girls are willingly flaunting their bodies like a piece of meat on a hook for a shark to attack. Girls, keep your clothes on and gain some self-respect. Don't be sooo desperate! If your a member of myspace contact TOM, the owner, and ask him to consider cleaning up his site. These young girls need to be protected because they don't even realize the risk they put themselves in. The female brain is not fully developed til age 25. The future legacy of American Women is at stake.

1925 MONKEY TRIAL

What an interesting time in America....1925--- Was God fiction? Almost 100 years ago
the ACLU created a spectacle in Dayton, Tennessee to start their Anti-God campaign.
Did you know that the Scopes Trial was the first broadcasted media event (equivalent to the O.J. case). The courtroom had to have special accommodations, completely directed by the media. Hollywood showed up with their special cameras to capture this live courthouse event. Nothing like it had ever been done,,,yet it was all planned as a "good publicity stunt" for the town of Dayton to bring in more tourists. The ACLU managed to use the limelight of the camera's and nationwide radio coverage to spread their Anti-God message masqueraded in a humans rights cause, with a gopher named Scopes. The most amazing part,,,is that the book that was in question that taught evolution,,,has been completely debunked by modern science and none of what was written in it is believed at all today by scientists worldwide.

Henry Louis Mencken was the primary reporter who mocked anyone who did not agree with his evolution beliefs, which he learned from his father from a young age. He was practically the right hand man of the entire defense, giving them ammunition to make the prosecution look like a bunch of "apes". This man could literally be responsible for more harm to our society than any man before him or since him. He was really just a pawn of the ACLU to get thier Anti-God message spread to the masses, indoctrinating them through their newfound fascination of radio and new "motion pictures". ...which is obviously alive and well today.











Allowing the government to take over the minds of our youth through the public supported school system has had tragic consequences. No government should be allowed to teach whatever it wants without the consent of it's constituents PERIOD.

comes over with a laptop. Lately I had noticed that
when I plug in my wireless connection, i was losing my connection.

So,,,i finally decided to fix the problem. It took less than 5 minutes.
When in doubt, always go to the manufacturer website to find the
answer quickly,,,no matter what you are troubleshooting. In this
case I needed help with my LINKSYS Wireless Broadband Router.

All I had to do was go to the LINKSYS.COM website and click on Support.
